Land & Property

Property development has been one of the core businesses of The Kho Group, which was originally established in the 1980s by the Kho family, before being passed on and TKG was formed. The Kho family businesses are now wholly owned by The Kho Group and have been expanding ever since. The Kho Group’s property portfolio has grown outbound from Mainland China towards South East Asia.

Natural Resources & Commodities

The Kho Group have successfully engaged in the exploration, production, and sales of natural resources such as Nickel, Chromite and Iron Ore. With a total area covering 9000 hectares, TKG has achieved an annual production in excess of 1 million tons of high-grade and middle-grade Nickel and 3 million tons of low-grade Nickel. We have also provided 100,000 metric tons of Chrome and 3 million tons of Chromite that has equated into sales to booming countries such as South Korea, Japan and Mainland China, to name a few.

In response to the increasing demand for sand and aggregates across Asia, The Kho Group has expanded its operations to include the sourcing and supply of sand for reclamation and construction uses. Committed to developing a sustainable supply of the best quality materials, the Company has secured reserves of 1 Billion cubic meters of sand from various locations across the Philippines

We have further expanded our operations into the agriculture and commodities industries by acquiring plantation fields in Vietnam, where our current focus is within the rice production stream. We have also established networks and productions in the territories of Latin America, where we are currently trading in all types of agricultural inputs and outputs.

Lifestyle

The Kho Group has expanded operations in Europe through a strategic partnership in 2010, investing in wineries covering the Bordeaux and Bourgogne regions of France, producing high-quality wines. Operations have been such a great success, that we have expanded and utilized a French wine distributor based in Hong Kong, who is world renowned for cutting edge labels designed by contemporary artists and painters, such as Zao Wou-Ki.

The Kho Group has also ventured into the health & fitness industry by investing in a North American based company that specializes in dietary supplement products.

In 2018 The Kho Group further expanded its lifestyle operations by establishing an innovative cross-training center that promotes fitness, good health and personal growth.
